Service · Sourcing across EMEA

Find vetted suppliers and buyers across EMEA.

Sourcing is more than a list of names. We vet, visit, negotiate, and stay involved through your first shipments — in Arabic, Dutch, or English.

What we keep seeing

Anyone can send you a list of names from a directory. That is not sourcing — that is research. Real sourcing is knowing which factory actually has the capacity, which trader is hiding behind a manufacturer's website, which co-op delivers consistently when the order doubles, and which supplier will go cold the moment payment terms get tested.

We work as your principal across EMEA — Egypt, Morocco, UAE, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and beyond — with Arabic on the ground, EU-side compliance fluency, and the standing to negotiate in language wherever the conversation needs to go.

How we help

Filtered supplier shortlists

Three to five vetted candidates per engagement, matched to your product, volume, and certification requirements. No 50-name spreadsheets.

Factory visits and verification

Where engagement value justifies travel, we visit the factory, photograph what matters, and write the report that shows the red flags as well as the green.

Commercial negotiation in three languages

Pricing, Incoterms, payment terms negotiated directly with the supplier in their language, with the same content carrying the same meaning across translations.

Quality control and first-shipment support

Pre-shipment inspection coordination, paperwork verification, and a principal in the room when your first PO ships.

What this looks like in practice

Mohammed walked us through every step before we committed. The Arabic-language capability and the EU-side perspective were the difference between another stalled lead and a real corridor.

Frequently asked

What regions do you source from?

Active corridors in Egypt, Morocco, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, and the Netherlands. Other EMEA markets considered case by case.

What industries do you source for?

Food & beverage, textiles & garments, cosmetics & personal care, building materials, agriculture & raw materials. We do not source electronics or services.

Do you charge per supplier or per engagement?

Per engagement. Fixed-fee for sourcing-only work (shortlists, factory visits, contract structuring); retainer + success structure for full corridor engagements.

How long until I have a usable shortlist?

Two to four weeks for a typical first sourcing brief, depending on category complexity and certification requirements. Faster timelines often mean shallower vetting.

Can you replace my existing sourcing agent?

Sometimes. The discovery call covers whether there is a real gap to fill or whether the right answer is to support what you already have.
