Region · Nigeria ↔ Europe
Trade consultant connecting Nigerian exporters with European buyers — agri, cosmetics, garments, raw materials. EU-side compliance, payment security, end-to-end deal support.
What we keep seeing
Europe wants more from Nigeria than it is currently buying — shea, cocoa, hibiscus, sesame, craft, beauty, garments. Nigerian producers want European-scale buyers but lose deals before they start, usually over the same three things: proof of quality across distance, payment security on the European side, and compliance documentation that holds up at EU import.
These are solvable problems with the right structure. They are not solvable with cold outreach and a hopeful first shipment.
We work this corridor selectively — Nigerian exporters and cooperatives serious about a real European relationship, paired with European buyers who actually want West African product on their shelves.
How we help
Vetted European importers actively interested in Nigerian categories. Warm introductions, not cold pitches.
EUDR for relevant goods, organic and fair-trade where applicable, labelling, traceability documentation — handled before the first PO.
Letters of credit, escrow, staged terms — making sure both sides have the security they need to commit.
Lagos, Tema, Apapa ports; trusted freight forwarders; realistic lead-time and cost mapping.
Frequently asked
Engagement-based. Typically a retainer that covers diagnostic, supplier/buyer matching, and structuring — with success milestones built in. We do not work pure commission for first-time corridors.
Combination of third-party lab testing, sample-order QC by EU-side partners, video factory walkthroughs, and certifications appropriate to your category. We map the right proof stack for your product.
The EU Deforestation Regulation requires due-diligence proof for commodities including cocoa, coffee, palm oil, soy, rubber, cattle, and wood. If your product is covered, traceability documentation is non-negotiable. We tell you exactly what is required.
120–180 days is realistic for a properly structured first corridor — longer than Egypt or Morocco because of additional compliance lift and documentation complexity. Faster timelines usually mean cut corners.
Both. Cooperatives often have the supply scale European buyers want; the engagement structure adapts to the governance model.
We do not run fair-attendance services as a primary offering. We do introduce qualified exporters to European partners directly, which is usually faster and cheaper.
